Stonebwoy has pleaded with Rex Omar, chairman of GHAMRO to concentrate on the activities of GHAMRO and stop talking about the operations of Charter House, organizers of Ghana Music Awards
Last year, Charter House imposed indefinite ban Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy for the confusion they caused during its 20th Anniversary. They were stripped off the awards they won during the night and banned from taking part in VGMA related activities.
Last week, the hilife legend, reiterated that the VGMA board should hold on to their decisions. He admonished them not to lift the ban under no circumstances. He explained that the two dancehall arts are not bigger than Ghana Music Industry.
Speaking with MzGee on 3FM showbiz, Stonebwoy said the veteran musician should concentrate on making GHAMRO attractive to musicians and stop punching his nose into the activities of Chater House
“I believe he is the boss of GHAMRO or whatever it is. He has work to be done at GHAMRO. He can actually leave VGMA matter for VGMA except he is part of the board,” he told MzGee, the host.
