Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale aka African Dancehall king and the president of Shatta Movement empire has for the first time open up his readiness to let bygones be bygones with the issues with his signees dubbed ‘Militants’ under his record label Shatta Movement Music Production.
For the past weeks there has been back and forth talks about the sacking of 3 of the artiste by the record label which was announced by Shatta Wale the CEO in a Facebook live video.
According to Shatta, the 3 artistes, namely , Addi Self , Joint 77 and Natty Lee were ganging up against him and also refused to learn ever since he signed them to the label about 3years ago.
In responding to a question pose to him by, George Quaye this afternoon on Joy FM with the program ‘Showbiz A to Z’ where Shatta Wale was a guest on phone, the DREAM hit maker opined that, he is ready to accept the artistes back to the Shatta Movement camp on some conditions pertaining to work. He made it known that he doesn’t hate any of the artiste suspended from the label but it’s because of work ethics that got them to be suspended.
I have no problem or hate any of the Militants, whatever is happening is about the work, i want them to learn. I’m not God but if they consider to learn, change and do the right things I will forgive and accept them
Shatta Wale also touched on his global reggae album compilation headline by him, #TropicalHouseCruisesToJamaica which has been released and making waves worldwide on digital charts like the iTunes , Amazon etc. His song DREAM peaked at #14 on the USA iTunes reggae singles chart and appeared in over 10 countries charts worldwide
